地塞米松对生长后期AA肉鸡生化指标的影响 被引量:6

摘要 通过注射地塞米松模拟AA肉鸡生长后期(35~42d)生长环境应激对肉鸡生化指标的影响,进而评价生长后期应激环境对生产性能的影响。方法:将20只28d日龄AA肉鸡随机分成试验组和对照组,每组10只。预饲1周后,试验组胸部肌肉注射2mg/kg体重地塞米松,对照组注射2mL/kg体重生理盐水,试验持续7d。试验结束时,颈静脉采血并分离血清,血液自动化分析仪检测血清中常见酶活性、蛋白质、糖含量等生化指标的变化。结果显示与对照组相比,试验组血清中的谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、肌酸激酶(CK)和γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)活性显著升高(P<0.01);血清中总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、尿素(UREA)、尿酸(UA)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、总胆红素(T-Bil)、直接胆红素(D-Bil)含量显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。血清中钙离子(Ca2+)、无机磷(P)含量分别降低了20.00%、31.13%,与对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01)。血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性、葡萄糖(GLU)、肌酐(CREA)、镁(Mg2+)含量与对照组相比均无差异(P>0.05)。结论表明,地塞米松能显著改变机体营养物质的代谢和产生对肝脏、心脏的损伤,影响机体的代谢平衡状态。 Objective To study the effects of dexamethasone on metabolic state through assaying serum biochemical parameters in AA broilers. Methods 20 AA broilers of 28 days old were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group of broilers was injec-ted 2 mg/kg dexamethasone and the other group was injected with the same volume of saline by the pecto- ral muscle injection once a day. After 7 days, all the chickens were slaughtered and blood from the jugular vein was collected and then the upper layer of serum was taken for testing the content rations of the com-mon biochemical indicators. Results Compared with control, the activities of AST,ALP,CK and γ-GT in-creased significantly (P〈0.01) ; the levels of TP,ALB,UREA,UA,TG,TC,T-BiI,D-Bil were significant- ly higher than the control group(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Furthermore, the contentrations of serum calcium ion and inorganic phosphate in the experimental group were significantly lowered by 20. 00%, 31. 13% when compared with control group(P〈0.01). The activity of ALT and the contentrations of serum GLU. CREA and Mg^2+ made no difference when compared with control group in our experiment (P〉0.05). Conclusions Dexamethasone can change the blood chemical indicators of broilers and their metabolic state.
