肉鸭网床平养与地面平养对比试验研究 被引量:7

Comparative Experimental Study on Rearing of Cherry Valley Duck in Netting Bed and on Ground

摘要 通过樱桃谷肉鸭采用网床平养与地面平养两种饲养方式的对比试验,对肉鸭生产性能、屠宰性能、肌肉品质和血液生理生化指标进行了测定分析。结果表明:两种养殖模式对试验期增重、饲料报酬和成活率的影响差异均不显著;网床平养组半净膛率和全净膛率分别比地面平养组多2.08和3.20个百分点(P<0.01);红细胞体积、血清生化指标中总蛋白、CK同功酶、肌酐、钙、氯、高密度脂蛋白两组间差异显著(P<0.05),直接胆红素、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、肌酸激酶、尿酸、二氧化碳、磷、载脂蛋白B两组间差异极显著(P<0.01),其余指标两组间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。 Through the comparision test on cherry valley duck rearing in netting bed and on ground,the production performance, slaughter performance, meat quality, blood physiological and biochemical indexes of ducks were measured and analyzed. The results showed that two breeding patterns had no significant difference in weight gain,feed conversion and survival rate during the test period. The eviscerated yield with giblet, eviscerated yield of duck rearing in netting bed were higher than those rearing on ground by 2.08 and 3.20 percentage point,respectively (P〈O.O1). There were significant differences in the red blood cell volume on physiological index and total proteins, isoenzymie CK-MB, creatinine, calcium, chlorine, high density lipoprotein on serum biochemical indexes (P〈0.05), and extremely significant difference in direct bilirubin,γ-glutamyl transpeptidase,creatine kinase,uric acid, carbon dioxide,phosphorus,apolipoprotein B (P〈0.01),and there were no significant differences in other indexes between two groups (P〉0.05).
