普洱茶翻堆机挖掘装置仿真研究

摘要 普洱茶翻堆机挖掘装置是实现茶叶翻堆的关键设备,其动力是否满足要求、是否会产生共振以及应力应变的大小等都是必须考虑的问题。采用ADAMS和ANSYS软件进行动力学和有限元分析,动力学分析的结果文件即为有限元分析的载荷文件,可通过格式转换建立有限元分析模型,然后进行静力学及模态分析。分析结果表明:挖掘装置工作所需挖掘力小于动力,最危险截面在连接点处,工作频率远离固有频率。 The digging device of a Pu' er tea turning-machine is the key component to realize turning operation and whether its dynamic power meets the requirements, whether resonance will occur and the size of stress-strain are the issues that must be considered. ADAMS and ANSYS software is used to conduct dynamic and finite element analysis, with the result documents as the load documents of finite element analysis. A finite element analysis model is established through format conversion, and then statics and modal analysis is made. Analysis results show that the digging force of the digging device is less than the dynamic power and that the most dangerous section is at the join point, with the working frequency far away from the inherent frequency.
