摘要
锚杆机属连采后配套设备,其钻臂在锚杆锚钻过程中受力易引起结构疲劳。针对该状况,根据多柔体分析理论,建立刚柔耦合模型,分别对多刚体系统和多柔体模型进行动力学分析,对比分析结构得出刚柔耦合方法的精确性,然后将动力学分析得到的柔性部件各节点载荷信息输入到有限元分析软件中,对钻臂关键受力部件进行应力、应变分布情况进行分析,得出连杆与托架铰接孔处存在应力集中,提出解决方案,并证明钻臂Ⅰ和钻臂Ⅱ在锚钻过程中受应力小于材料许用屈服强度。
Roofbolter is a supporting equipment of continuous mining,whose drilling arm is easy to cause the structure fatigue in the process of drilling.To remedy the situation,according to multiple flexible body analysis theory,set up the rigid-flexible coupling model,analysis the dynamic of multiple rigid system and multiple flexible model,and get the accuracy of rigid-flexible coupling methods from comparative analysis of structure.Then will get the dynamics analysis of flexible components each node load information into the software of finite element analysis,the key mechanical parts for roofbolter arm stress and strain distribution were analyzed,and concluded that there is stress concentration on connecting between rod hinged and bracket hole.Propose solutions,and prove the drilling arm Ⅰ and drilling arm Ⅱ in anchor drilling process is less than the material allowable stress yield strength.
