木工机械用高速电主轴的设计及动力学分析 被引量:8

摘要 简要介绍了高速加工的优点和木材高速切削的特点和要求,据此分析了木工机械用高速电主轴的关键技术,然后对木工机械用电主轴进行了结构设计,最后基于传递矩阵法利用MATLAB对所设计的木工机械用高速电主轴进行动力学分析。 The merits of high-speed processing, Characteristics and requirements of high-speed wood cutting were briefly introduced. Based on the characteristics of wood cutting, motorized spindle for wood-working machinery' s key technologies and solution were discussed. Then the structure of wood-working machinery was designed. Finally, dynamic characteristics of motorized spindle for wood-working machinery were analyzed based on the transfer matrix method using MATLAB.
