摘要
利用微波消解和电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定蔬菜(香菜、菠菜、生菜、油菜、芹菜、莜麦菜、牛心菜)中10种微量元素的含量。结果显示:以上7种蔬菜中人体必需的微量元素Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn等元素的含量相对较高,而对人体有害的重金属元素Pb、As的含量相对较低,都低于国家限定值。加标平均回收率在90.92%-109.96%之间,检出限在≤0.008μg/L。
The content of ten kinds of different trace elements were determined by ICP--AES with mi- crowave digestion among varieties of vegetables ,including parsley, spinach, lettuce, rape, celery, oat veg- etables, and beef heart dish. The experiental results shows that there are much higher content of human-- body--needed trace elements--Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn and relative lower content of harmful heavy metal ele- ments--Pb. As in vegetables, are below the national limit. The recoveries of standard addition are in the range of 90. 92 %-109.96% and detection limit is in the range of ≤0. 008 mg/mL.
