结合研发生产实践,在查阅有关资料的基础上,对大豆及其制品中所含主要营养成分和微量元素进行了简要表述,旨在引导监管单位与加工企业严格执行法规,确保产品质量,并为有关部门及科技人员提供参考。
Combining the production practice and related literatures, the main nutritious components and trace elements in soybeans and the soybean products were introduced so as to guide the inspecting units and working enterprises to carry out the law and regulations strictly, and to ensure the quality of the products and provide the reference to the related branches and the skilled personnel.
