摘要
通过文献综述的形式,梳理了社会网络、资源整合、技术创新三者之间的关系。简言之,社会网络的各个维度与企业的资源整合行为都是正相关的,资源整合是企业实现技术创新的源泉和基础,而社会网络对于企业技术创新绩效有着非常重要的作用。
This text is an literature review searching the relation between social network, resource integration and technical innovation. Dimensions of social network are positive correlated with resource integration. Resource integration is fountain and foundation, of technical innovation. Social network is important in performance of technical innovation
