摘要
学校要成为有效能的学校，管理者必须确立“以人为本”的管理理念，建立合理的管理方式。而在“以人为本”的管理理念下的管理方式的核心应是增强教职工的凝聚力。
To become an institution of high efficiency, the school should establish 'human-based' administrative idea and build up a reasonable administrative mode. The core of the administrative mode with the 'human-based' administrative idea is to strengthen the cohesion of the staff.
