19例Ramsay-Hunt综合征临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的 对Ramsay-Hunt综合征的临床特征、治疗方法、治疗时间及预后的关系进行探讨.方法 回顾性分析2005年10月～2012年7月收治的19例Ramsay-Hunt综合征的临床资料进行综合分析.结果 治愈8例,好转8例,无效3例.结论 Ramsay-Hunt综合征的预后与病损程度成正比,早期诊断早期治疗则预后较好.激素、抗病毒、神经营养等综合治疗对Ramsay-Hun综合征疗效确切.
