摘要
[目的]探讨Hunt综合症的临床表现及疗效。[方法]收集我院自1994-2005年以来Hunt综合症21例的资料,并进行分析。[结果]21例患者疱疹于2周内消退,面瘫多于1-6个月内恢复,其他症状也相应消失或好转,经随访8-12个月均未出现神经痛后遗症状;治愈17例,有效3例,无效1例。[结论]本病需早期诊断,并在起病1周内及时采用高效抗病毒剂、大剂量激素和微波治疗;合理、系统、规范的治疗,是提高疗效、缩短病程、减少后遗症状的发生的关键。
[ Objective ] To discuss the clinical manifestation and curative effect of Hunt syndrome. [Methods] 21 eases diagnosed as Hunt syndrome in 1994-2005 were analysed. [Results] Herpes dissipated in 21 patients within two weeks, facial paralysis recovered in 1-6 months, and the other symptoms disappeared or improved relatively. After 8-12 months＇ fol- low-up, there was no sequela like neuralgia. 17 eases healed, 3 cases improved and 1 case failed. [ Conclusion ] Hunt syndrome requires early diagnosis. Timely application of high efficiency antiviral agent, high dose of hormone and microwave treatment can improve the curative effect, shorten the time of disease, and decrease sequelae.
