阐述了数字馆藏服务绩效研究的意义,并探讨研究这个课题的相关理论体系,包括成本与收益分析理论、可用性评价理论、绩效管理理论、顾客满意度理论、网络用户信息行为研究理论。
This paper describes the significance of the research on digital collection service performance, and discusses the re- lated theory system of this subject; including the analysis of cost and benefit theory, usability evaluation theory, per- formanee ~agement theory, customer satisfaction theory, network user＇s information behavior theory.
