摘要
本文应用经济学成本与收益分析方法,通过建立矩阵和图表分析模型,对图书馆的电子与纸本两种载体文献资源的馆藏建设和馆藏服务的成本与收益进行比较分析。在比较中,馆藏与服务的成本得到了测度,收益大小得到估算。结论表明,数字电子资源与纸本印刷资源相比有着显著的低成本和高收益。
The author applies economic measures and cost- benefit analysis to compare the library electronic resource with the traditional print resource. In such comparisons the costs of resource and services are estimated and the benefits are determined. The conclusion shows that the electronic resource and services have yielded benefits for hbraries,readers and universities.
