摘要
随着全国计算机化、网络化、数字化的现代化进程,数字资源成为了高校图书馆馆藏资源的重要组成部分,使得高校读者群信息需求方式发生了根本改变。笔者通过分析高校图书馆不同读者群的行为特征和信息需求变化,探讨了网络环境下针对不同读者群的信息服务对策。
With the modernization process of computerization, networking of our country, and digitization, the digital resource has become an important part of university library resources, fundamentally changed the way of the information needs of the university readers. This paper discusses the countermeasures of the information service aimed at the different university readers by analyzing the behavioral characteristics and changes of the information needs of the university library readers under the network environment.
