摘要
分析和研究读者心理有助于科学地总结为读者服务的经验,提高服务效率和服务质量。高校图书馆工作人员可通过分析不同读者的心理需要、阅读规律以及探究读者不良阅读心理和行为的成因,有针对性地做好自己的服务工作,以提高为广大读者服务的质量。
To analyze and study the psychology of reader in university library can help conclude the experience in service and improve the servicing efficiency and quality. By analyzing the readers" Psychology, reading habits and the reason for bad reading psychology and behavior, the librarian can pertinently work so as to improve the servicing quality.
