摘要
针对电缆接头安装过程中涂覆硅脂种类、制作工艺差异引起的界面粗糙和划痕等缺陷以及运行过程中水分侵入等因素对界面击穿特性的影响,测量分析了XLPE/硅橡胶界面涂覆普通和氟化两种不同硅脂,在不同粗糙度、潮湿处理及刀痕条件下的交流及冲击电压下的击穿特性。结果表明:在施加交流和冲击电压下,随着界面压力的增加,击穿电压均升高,冲击电压下普通硅脂试样比氟化硅脂试样有更高的击穿电压;涂覆氟化硅脂对改善界面防潮性及稳定性优于涂覆普通硅脂;XLPE/硅橡胶界面的光滑程度越高,界面的击穿电压值较高。
According to effects of silicone grease types, interfacial roughness and scratch caused by manu-al fabrication process, water invasion during installation and operation of cable joints on the interfacial breakdown characteristic, the breakdown characteristic under alternating current(AC) and impulse voltages of the cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE)/silicone rubber(SR) interface coated by common and fluorinated sil-icone grease respectively were measured and analyzed under different conditions of roughness, moisture and scratch. The results show that with the increase of the interfacial pressure, the breakdown voltage in-creases under AC and impulse voltage. The samples coated by common silicone grease have higher break-down voltage than that of the samples coated by fluorinated silicone grease under impulse voltage. But the fluorinated silicone grease can improve the humidity resistance and stability of the interface, which is superior to the common silicone grease. The smoother the XLPE/SR interface, the higher the interfacial breakdown voltage is.
