摘要
通过电声脉冲法装置测量了乙丙橡胶(EPR)不同拉伸状态下以及不同加压状态下空间电荷分布特性,并运用有限元计算空间电荷对乙丙橡胶(EPR)试样内部电场的畸变。实验结果表明,在乙丙橡胶弹性形变范围内,一定的拉伸率可以减少介质中空间电荷的积聚;非弹性拉伸导致乙丙橡胶中的深陷阱增加,使加压以及短路时的空间电荷量增多。用聚合物的能带理论以及介质中电场计算解释了实验现象。
In this paper, the distributions of space charge in EPR in different electrical stress and stretched-state were measured by pulsed electro-acoustic(PEA) method, and at the same time the distortion of electrical stress in EPR sample due to space charge was analyzed using finite element method(FEM). Test results show that the stretch in elastic range is propitious to inhibit the amount of space charge in polymer in some extent. However, if the stretch is over elastic range, the amounts of space charge between the sample and electrode interface in dielectric are more than that of without stretch at the sameelectrical stress. And the larger the stretch is, the more amounts of space charge are accumulated. Energy band theory of polymer and the calculation of electrical stress distribution were used to explan the experimental phenomena.
