酯交换-吸附脱乙醇联合工艺合成甘油乙酸酯

摘要 分子筛吸附脱乙醇控制反应平衡,阳离子交换树脂催化降低活化能,乙酸乙酯和甘油酯交换合成甘油乙酸酯。通过单因素实验得到甘油酯最高产率的反应工艺条件:n_((乙酸乙酯))/n_((甘油))=6.0∶1,NKC-9为初始原料质量的10.0%、78~85℃条件下反应时间4.0 h;在该条件下,反应液经GC-MS分析,甘油三乙酸酯的含量为6.48%,甘油二乙酸酯的含量为54.18%,甘油一乙酸酯含量为25.16%。 Acetin( triacetin and diacetin or monoacetin) was prepared using ethyl acetate and glycerol as raw material,cation exchange resin( NKC-9) as catalyst and with 4 A zeolites as dealcohol adsorbent. The optimum reaction conditions were identified,which are n(( ethyl acetate))/n(( glycerol))= 6. 0: 1; catalyst dosage 10. 0%( refer to total mass of ethyl acetate and glycerol); reaction temperature 78 - 85 ℃; reaction time 4. 0 h. Content of( triacetin and diacetin or monoacetin) by the process with the analysis of reaction liquid by GC-MScould achieve 6. 48%,54. 18%,25. 16%.
