摘要
VIENNA整流器是一种新型的三电平整流器拓扑,近年来因为其性能优良得到了广泛关注。作为一种优良的新兴控制技术,单周期控制下的VIENNA整流器具有结构简单、响应速度快、谐波含量低、开关频率恒定等优点。针对VIENNA整流器的三电平特性,分析了在单周期控制下其输出电容的中点平衡问题,并使用Matlab仿真给出验证。
VIENNA rectifier is a new topology of three-level family which has been concerned widely due to its excellent performance. As a burgeoning control method, one cycle control （OCC-Control） can be used in VEINNA rectifier for simple structure, fast response, low harmonic and constant switching frequency. Aiming at the three-level characteristic of VIENNA rectifier, the neutral point balanced of the rectifier was studied under OCC-Control. At last, a simulation model was built in Matlab. The simulation results validate the validity of theoretical analysis and control algorithm.
