摘要
单周期控制方式是一种大信号非线性模拟控制方式。它仅需要几个数字逻辑器件就可完成单位功率因数的控制任务,具有结构简单、响应速度快的优点。本文对基于单周期控制的三相三开关三电平整流器(VIENNA)进行了深入研究,推导了其单周期控制方程,并分析了在两个输出电容电压不相等情况下的电压平衡问题,说明了在单周期控制方式下输出电容电压可以达到平衡状态。最后进行了整个系统的仿真与试验验证,仿真与试验结果证明了理论分析的正确性。
One Cycle Control (OCC) is a large signal nonlinear control method.It only needs several digital logic devices to implement unity power factor with simple structure and fast response speed.The Study is carried out based on the three phase three switch three level rectifier i.e VI-ENNA rectifiers,the control equation is derived and the conditions of balanced voltage are analyzed under unbalanced output capacitors voltage.It is concluded that the output capacitor voltage deviation reduces to zero with proposed control method.The results of simulation and experiments verified the theory analysis.
