摘要
针对三电平VIENNA整流器存在的固有中点电压波动和传统SVPWM(空间矢量脉宽调制)计算繁琐的不足,将直流侧中点电压偏差引入到电压定向电流解耦闭环控制中,通过调节指令电流的直流偏移量实现直流侧中点电压平衡控制,并探索了一种基于两电平空间矢量平面的三电平SVPWM简化算法。结合等效电路分析了整流器工作原理,并给出了简化SVPWM占空比和中性点补偿系数选取依据。最后搭建了一台实验样机,实验结果验证了该方案的可行性和正确性。
Aiming at the inherent problems of midpoint voltage fluctuation and complex space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) of three-level VIENNA rectifier, the DC-link midpoint voltage error was in-troduced to the dual closed-loop control and the DC-link midpoint voltage balance control was solved by regulating the DC offset of the reference current. Combining with equivalent circuit, a simplified three-level SVPWM algorithm based on three-level principle was proposed for this topology, the working princi-ple of VIENNA rectifier was analyzed, and finally a prototype of VIENNA rectifier was built. Experimen-tal results show that the adoption of this scheme ensures that the VIENNA rectifier not only owns excellent network-side performance, but also has a good static and dynamic performance and the midpoint balance characteristics.
