摘要
对于基于给定运动轨迹的连杆机构的设计,传统方法设计繁琐、设计周期长。在给定连杆上某点的运动轨迹的前提下,采用Pro/E建立曲柄摇杆机构参数化模型,将其导入Adams进行运动仿真分析,通过采用优化软件Isight集成Pro/E和Adams,构建基于Isight的优化设计平台,选取自适应模拟退火算法对曲柄摇杆机构的连杆长度和角度进行优化设计,最终得到使其运动轨迹误差最小的设计结果。该优化设计方法简单、快捷、高效,为平面连杆机构的设计提高了一种全新的设计方法。
For the design of the linkage mechanism based on the given trajectory,the traditional method is tedious with a long design cycle.Under the premise of the given trajectory of a point on the rod,the parametric model of the crank-rocker mechanism established by Pro/E was utilized to be imported into Adams to conduct motion simulation analysis,and an optimized design platform was built by Isight integrating Pro/E and Adams.The adaptive simulated annealing algorithm has been adapted in the optimization design of the connecting rod length and angle of the crank-rocker mechanism,finally,the error of motion trajectory can be minimized.It is believed that the optimization design method here is simple,fast and efficient.It provides a brand new method for the planar linkage design.
