摘要
针对高龄者及行动不便患者如厕过程中难以独立完成站立事件的问题,在分析人体髋关节运动轨迹的基础上设计开发了一种辅助如厕站立装置。首先采用分段法建立了老年人人体自然站立模型,并测定了人体自然站立过程中髋关节运动轨迹;其次在静态分析的基础上构建辅助如厕站立结构模型,并基于测定的髋关节运动轨迹对装置尺寸参数优化设计和运动仿真,考虑到用户使用安全,对主要承重部件坐圈进行了静力学分析,最后完成了电动推杆的选型和整体设计工作。设计的辅助站立装置机构合理,强度可靠。最后在搭建的辅助如厕站立装置实物样机上进行运动特性分析试验,试验结果表明,所设计的装置能够辅助用户自然站立,满足用户自助如厕需求。
Objective to solve the problem that it is difficult for the elderly and patients with mobility disabilities to stand independently in the process of toilet,an auxiliary toilet standing device is designed and developed based on the analysis of the motion trajectory of human hip joint.Firstly,the natural standing model of the elderly was established by the segmentation method,and the motion trajectory of the hip joint during the natural standing process was measured;Secondly,based on the static analysis,the auxiliary toilet standing structure model is constructed,and the size parameters of the device are optimized and simulated based on the measured hip joint motion trajectory.Considering the user's use safety,the seat ring of the main load-bearing component is statically analyzed,and finally the selection and overall design of the electric push rod are completed.The designed auxiliary standing device has reasonable mechanism and reliable strength.Finally,the motion characteristic analysis test is carried out on the physical prototype of the auxiliary toilet standing device.The test results show that the designed device can assist users to stand naturally and meet the needs of users'self-help toilet.
