摘要
[目的]明确不同身份类别清香型烟叶的质量特点。[方法]收集清香型烤烟代表产区烟叶样品,按身份分类,分析烟叶外观质量、物理特性和主要化学成分含量,比较其质量特点。[结果]身份好的烟叶颜色桔黄、成熟度好、叶片结构疏松、油分足、色度强,平衡含水率较高,总氮、烟碱、石油醚提取物含量较高。身份较好的烟叶厚度较厚,叶片密度较大。身份一般的烟叶还原糖、钾含量较高,糖碱比、氮碱比较大。[结论]不同清香型烤烟产区采集的代表性烟叶样品身份不同,质量特点也不同,身份好的烟叶综合质量最好。
[ Objective ] Understand the quality characteristics of different leaves classified by body score. [ Method ] Collect tobacco leaf samples from mild tobacco leaf growing areas. Compare the quality characteristics by appearance quality, physical features and main chemical component content based on body classification. [ Result] Leaves with the best body score have orange color, high maturity, loose structure, enough oil and strong chroma. They also have higher equilibrium moisture content, total nitrogen content, alkaloid content and petroleum ether extract content. Leaves with better body score have higher thickness and leaf density. Leaves with the best body score have higher reducing sugar and potassium content, higher sugar/alkaloid ratio and nitrogen/alkaloid ratio. [ Conclusion ] The comprehensive quality of tobacco leaves with the best body score is the best.
