摘要
2008年在贵州省主产烟区采集了73个烤烟烟叶样品,对烤烟烟叶的化学成分及其与评吸质量和外观质量的关系进行了研究。结果表明,贵州烟区烤烟烟叶化学成分适宜;烟碱、总氮、总糖、还原糖、钾、淀粉含量与各评吸指标间相关性显著,氯含量与各评吸指标间相关性不显著;总氮、总糖、还原糖、钾、淀粉含量与各外观指标间相关性显著,烟碱、氯含量与各外观指标间相关性不显著。
73 samples of flue-cured tobacco leaves were collected from main tobacco growing area of Guizhou Province in 2008, and relationships between chemical components of flue-cured tobacco and smoking quality as well as appearance quality were studied. Results showed that the chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaf in Guizhou were suitable. The correlations between smoking indices and contents of chemical components such as nicotine, total nitrogen, total sugar, reducing sugar, potassium and starch were significant, but the correlation between the content of chlorine and smoking indices wasn＇t significant. The correlations between appearance indices and contents of chemical components such as total nitrogen, total sugar, reducing sugar, potassium and starch were significant, but correlations between the appearance indices and the contents of nicotine and chlorine weren＇t significant.
