摘要
为了解决目前复烤工艺存在的复烤后烟片含水率标准偏差较大、大片收缩较多、烟草本香减少等问题,采用网带式复烤机、滚筒烘丝机和气流干燥机开展了传统网带复烤、网带直接复烤、滚筒直接复烤和气流直接复烤试验,研究了复烤方式对烟片物理质量、化学成分和感官质量的影响。结果表明:滚筒直接复烤后烟片含水率标准偏差较小,大片收缩较少,且香味物质含量较高,烟草本香保持较好。
To overcome the shortcomings of current redrying technologies, such as larger standard deviation of moisture content, higher shrinkage rate of large strips, loss of tobacco aroma, etc., the strips redried by way of traditional apron conveyor redrying, direct apron conveyor redrying, cylinder drying and pneumatic drying were compared in terms of their physical indexes, chemical components and sensory quality. The results showed that: the strips redried by cylinder drier featured smaller standard deviation of moisture content, lower shrinkage rate of large strips, higher aroma component content and better tobacco aroma.
