摘要
应用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对卡车地板梁支撑架受损组织及断口进行了分析研究.结果显示,断口呈现疲劳断口、解理断口及腐蚀断口特征,片状组织是解理断裂的成因;支撑架固定螺孔处由于存在应力集中,受到反复冲击作用而产生疲劳断裂;长期处于废气弱腐蚀介质下,是形成应力腐蚀的条件.该结果可对改善支撑架设计、生产工艺及防止构件损伤断裂提供相关的理论依据.
This paper analyzes the damaged mierostrueture and fracture of the bend earline plate's bracket for the truck by means of SEM. The study results show that the fracture is of characteristics of fatigue fracture, fragile fracture and corrosion fracture. The platelet structure leads to fragile fracture, the fatigue fracture exists in the fixed screw of the bracket caused by stress concentration and repeated impacts, and longstaying in exhaust gas and corrosive environment can also bring stress corrosion. These results can provide corresponding theoretic bases for the improvement of design and manufacture technology of the bend carline plate's bracket and the prevention of fracture in components.
