摘要
黑龙江、吉林及河北3种源的细叶百合(Lilium pumilum)在花色、花朵朝向、花冠大小等性状上差异明显。对3个不同种源的细叶百合进行染色体核型分析表明,黑龙江细叶百合的核型公式为:2n=2x=24=4m+14st+6sm+B,核不对称系数为71.13%;吉林细叶百合的核型公式为:2n=2x=24=4st+6m(2SAT)+14s,核不对称系数为67.97%;河北细叶百合的核型公式为:2n=2x=24=6m(SAT)+12st+4t+2T,核不对称系数为68.91%。其核型分类都属于3B型,但结构变异明显,主要表现在染色体相对长度、臂比、次缢痕数目及分布。3个种源经过长期的自然选择已经形成花色、花朵朝向、花冠等性状稳定的基因型或生态型。
Sources of Lilium pumilum differ obviously on floral color, orientation and size in Heilongiiang, Jilin and Hebei Prov- ince, and three sources of L. pumilum were studied on the chromosomal karyotype. The karyotype formulas are 2n = 2x = 24=4m+14st+6sm+B, As. k=71.13% in Heilongjiang, 2n=2x=24 =4st+6m(2SAT) +14s, As. k=67.97% in Jilin, and 2na2x=24=6m(SAT) +12st+4t+2T, As. k=68.91% in Hebei. All the karyotypes are 3B, but the diversity is marked in the chromosome relative length, arm ratio, secondary constitution number and the distributions.
