摘要
研究了7个泸定百合居群的染色体形态变异,结果如下:(1)南涧居群K1=2n=2x=24=2m(2SAT)+2m+4st(2SAT)+4st+12t,染色体长度比2.62,平均臂比8.63,As.K.值81.20%.(2)弥勒居群K2=2n=2x=24=2m(2SAT)+2m(2SAT)+2st(2SAT)+2st(2SAT)+2st+14t,染色体长度比2.57,平均臂比8.69,As.K.值81.12%.(3)峨眉居群K3=2n=2x=24=2m(2SAT)+2m+2st(2SAT)+6st+12t,染色体长度比2.39,平均臂比7.84,As.K.值80.62%.(4)路南居群K4=2n=2x=24=2m(2SAT)+2m+6st+14t,染色体长度比2.39,平均臂比7.31,As.K.值80.49%.(5)澄江居群K5=2n=2x=24=2m(2SAT)+2m+2st(4SAT)+2st(2SAT)+4st+2t(2SAT)+10t,染色体长度比2.28,平均臂比7.66,As.K.值80.59%.(6)文山居群K6=2n=2x=24=2m(2SAT)+2m+2st(4SAT)+2st(2SAT)+2st(2SAT)+14t,染色体长比2.24,平均臂比8.81,As.K.值81.47%.(7)思茅居群K7=2n=2x=24=2m(2SAT)+2m(2SAT)+2st(4SAT)+2st(2SAT)+2st(2SAT)+2st+12t,染色体长度比2.52,平均臂比8.09,As.K.值81.03%.泸定百合各居群核型公式和核型类型基本相同,与百合属植物的核型变异趋势一致;但由于结构变异,在染色体相对长度、臂比和次缢痕数目及其分布有变化.正是由于泸定百合各居群存在的染色体结构变异。
The chromosomal morphology was analysised in seven populations (P 1,P 2,P 3,P 4,P 5,P 6,P 7) of Lilium sargenttiae Wilson.The karyotypical formulas and characters of seven populations are given as follows,i.e.,K 1=2n=2x=24=2m(2SAT)+2m+4st(2SAT)+4st+12t,the means of ratio (largest/small est),mean ratio of arm and As.K.(index of asymmetrical karyotype) in the Nanjian population (P 1) are 2.62,8.63 and 81.20%,respectively;K 2=2n=2x=24=2m(2SAT)+2m(2SAT)+2st(2SAT)+2st(2SAT)+2st+14t, the means of ratio,mean ratio of arm and As. K. in the Mile population (P 2) are 2.57,8.69 and 81.12%,respectively;K 3=2n=2x=24=2m(2SAT)+2m+2st(2SAT)+6st+12t,the means of ratio,mean ratio of arm and As.K.in the Emei population (P 3) are 2.39,7.84 and 80.62%,respectively;K 4=2n=2x=24=2m(2SAT)+2m+6st+14t,the means of ratio,mean ratio of arm and As.K.in the Lunan population (P 4) are 2.39,7.31 and 80.49%,respectively;K 5=2n=2x=24=2m(2SAT)+2m+2st(4SAT)+2st(2SAT)+4st+2t(2SAT)+10,the means of ratio,mean ratio of arm and As.K. in the Chengjiang population (P 5) are 2.28, 7.66 and 80.59%,respectively;K 6=2n=2x=24=2m(2SAT)+2m+2st(4SAT)+2st(2SAT)+2st(2SAT)+14t,the means of ratio,mean ratio of arm and As.K.in the Wenshan population (P 6) are 2.39,7.31,and 80.49%,respectively;K 7=2n=2x=24=2m(2SAT)+2m(2SAT)+2st(4SAT)+2st(2SAT)+2st(2SAT)+2st+12t,the means of ratio,mean ratio of arm and As.K.in the Simao population (P 7) are 2.52,8.09 and 81.03%,respectively.Above all karyotypical types belong to the Stebbins' 3B in the seven populations.The karyotypical variation of Lilium sargenttiae is the same as in Lilium .There were only a few variation in the karyotypical formulas,relative length,arm ratio,secondary constitution number and its distribution among the seven populations,as the Chromosomal aberration often occurred.
