摘要
选取东方系、亚洲系和麝香系共11个百合栽培品种,采用切割花柱授粉的方法进行百合品种系内和品种系间杂交试验,同时,对父本花粉的生活力进行了测定。结果表明,以东方百合为母本、亚洲百合为父本的杂交组合及以麝香百合为母本、亚洲百合为父本的组合亲和力较高。采用染色法测定的花粉生活力,结果不能完全反应花粉的生活力状况,需要结合萌发法测定的花粉生活力结果进行综合比较。
Eleven Lily varieties belonging to Oriental hybrids, Asiatic hybrids and longiflorum hybrids, were selected respectively, as parents for hybridization between different hybrid lines and within one line. The method of cut-style pollination was used in the crossing experiments. Mean while, the vitality and the germination ratio of the pollens were tested. The results showed that the crossing combination of Oriental hybrids × Asiatic hybrids and Oriental hybrids × Longiflorum hybrids were liable to success with the method of cut-style pollination. Pollen vitality determined by method of dying cannot illustrate the vital power of the pollen completely; it needs to combine with testing pollen germination ratio.
