摘要
为明确湘西烟叶香气特性的区域特征和空间分布特征,对来自湘西烟区的41个烟叶样品进行了感官评价.结果表明:①湘西烟叶香气质尚好至较好,香气量尚足,香气尚透发至稍透发,微有青杂气、枯焦气和木质气.②不同乡镇之间以红石林镇、列夕乡香气质最好,野竹坪乡香气量最好,兴隆乡、野竹坪乡的透发性最好,雅酉镇青杂气、枯焦气最高,董马库乡木质气最高.③主产烟县香气质、香气量、透发性、青杂气、木质气差异显著或极显著,枯焦气差异不显著.④K326品种香气特性整体优于云烟87.⑤高于900 m海拔层次的烟叶香气特性相对较好,其次是低于600 m海拔层次,600~900 m海拔层次相对较差.⑥Kriging插值表明烟叶香气质标度值有从东向西递增的分布趋势;香气量和透发性标度值有从北向西南递减的分布趋势;青杂气标度值有中部烟区相对高于北部和南部的分布趋势;枯焦气和木质气标度值有中部烟区低于北部和南部的分布趋势.
41 tobacco leaves samples from Xiangxi areas were analyzed by sensory evaluation in order to ascertain the regional characteristics and of aroma characteristics.The results were as follows:1) the quality of aroma of flue-cured from Xiangxi was between good and acceptable,characterized as quantity of aroma; the diffusiveness was between good and better; the ligneous odour and scorched odour and green odour were tiny.2) The scales of aroma quality of flue-cured tobacco from Hongshilin town and Liexi town were the highest among the different towns,and the scale of aroma quantity from Yezhuping town was the highest,and the scales of diffusiveness from Xinlong town and Yezhuping town were the highest,and the scales of green odour and scorched odour from Yayou town were the highest,and the scale of ligneous odour from Dongmaku town was the highest.3) There were extremely significant or significant differences among the counties for the aroma quality,aroma quantity,diffusiveness,green odour and ligneous odour,non-significant differences among the counties for the scorched odour.4) The aroma characteristics of K326' was better than Yunyan87'on the whole.5) The aroma characteristics of flue-cured tobacco from plant-tobacco areas above 900m altitude was better than other areas.6) The Kriging interpolation map indicated that the spatial distributions of the scale of aroma quality with a trend that increased from east to west,that of aroma quantity and diffusiveness with a trend that decreased from north to west-south,that of green odour with a trend that decreased from central region to both north and south,that of scorched odour and ligneous odour with a trend that increased from central region to both north and south.
