低分子质量、含氮量适中的纤维素纤维改性剂聚环氧氯丙烷胺化物的研制

Preparation of aminated polyepichlorohydrin with low molecular weight and moderate nitrogen content as modifier for cellulosic fibers

摘要 从环境保护和染色性能两方面出发,设计和制备了分子质量低于925、含氮量为5.75%的纤维素纤维改性剂聚环氧氯丙烷胺化物(PECH-amine).棉织物经PECH-amine改性后染色的K/S值比未改性加入40 g/L NaCl的K/S值提高约100%,匀染性相差不大. Aminated polyepichlorohydrin (PECH-amine) with mol. wt less than 925 and N content of 5.75% was designed and prepd., for the purpose of environment protection and dyeing property improvement, as modifier of cellulosic fibers. The K/S values of the dyed modified cotton fabrics were increased by about 100% as compared with that of the non-modified ones dyed in 40 g/L NaCl. The levelness was similar
