多活性基阳离子交联剂改性棉的无盐染色 被引量:17

Salt-free dyeing of cotton fabric modified with cationic crosslinking agent having multi-reactive group

摘要 以一氯均三嗪和环氧丙基为反应性基团的多活性季铵化合物,用于棉纤维的改性;改性后的纤维采用活性染料染色。研究了改性时间、浓度等条件对染色性能的影响。结果表明,与传统活性染料染色工艺相比,改性织物采用无盐染色工艺,在无电解质存在的条件下,上染率和固色率均有大幅度提高,湿处理牢度优于常规染色。 Multi-reactive quaternary agent containing epoxy group and chorotriazine was used to modify the cotton fabrics. The modified cotton fabric was dyed with reactive dye, and the influence of modifying time and concentration to dyeing behavior was researched. Compared with conventional reactive dyeing process, the dye uptakes and fixation yield of modified cotton dyed without salt were significantly improved, and also indicated better dveing effect and color fastness to wet processina.
