摘要
介绍了苯噻草胺及相关中间体的合成方法，其中苯噻草胺的合成采用２氯代苯并噻唑与２羟基Ｎ甲基乙酰苯胺反应来制备为宜，２氯代苯并噻唑的合成采用２巯基苯并噻唑氯化法为宜，２羟基Ｎ甲基乙酰苯胺的合成采用氯乙酰氯法为宜。
The synthesis methods of mefenacet and its intermediates were introduced. The herbicide was prepared by the reaction of 2-chloro-benzothiazole with 2-hydroxy-N-methyl-N-phenylacetamide, while both of the reactants were synthesized respectively by chlorination of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole and chloroacetyl.
