摘要
从齿轮动力学的观点出发 ,分析了齿轮传动的加工误差和弹性变形所产生的冲击力以及冲击加速度的大小 ,利用声学理论计算了齿轮啮合冲击时产生的声压和声功率等声学特性参数 ,从而可定量的计算齿轮加速度噪声。这对齿轮系统的减振降噪和噪声控制具有重要意义。
Both impact force and impact acceleration coming from the machining error and elastic deformation of gear transmission system have been analyzed by the theory of gear dynamics. Using the acoustical theory, the acoustical characteristic parameters, i.e. the sound pressure and sound power et al, generated at being in gears have been computed. Therefore, the gear acceleration noise can be computed quantitately. This is of great importance to noise reducing and noise control of gear system.
