摘要
糖尿病肾病是糖尿病常见的微血管并发症,越来越多的试验及临床研究表明,氧化应激是导致糖尿病慢性并发症的最根本原因之一。抗氧化剂可抑制病理状态下机体活性氧类的产生增多,同时增强机体抗氧化能力,从而减少氧化损伤,达到对机体的保护作用。研究和开发新的抗氧化药物,将为糖尿病慢性并发症的预防和治疗提供新的方向。
Diabetic nephropathy（DN） is one of the common mierovaseular complications of the diabetics ,while more and more experiments and clinical researches indicate that oxidative stress is one of the basic reasons for diabetic chronic complications. Antioxidant inhibits the increase of reactive oxygen species（ROS） under the pathological state,at the same time, strengthen the body＇s antioxidant ability, thus to reduce the oxidative damage and achieve the protection of the body. To research and develop new antioxidant drugs will provide a new direction and approach for preventing and treating chronic complications of diabetes mellitus.
