花生四烯酸代谢组学在动脉粥样硬化发生机制研究中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 代谢是生命活动中所有(生物)化学变化的总称,代谢活动是生命活动的本质特征和物质基础。因此,对代谢物的分析向来就是研究生命活动分子基础的一个重要突破口。代谢组学是通过检测、量化和编录代谢组及其变化规律,研究生物过程分子基础和机制的科学。它以组群指标分析为起点,以高通量检测和多元统计数据挖掘为手段,通过生物体内所有代谢物进行定量分析确定代谢物与生理病理变化的关系。
