摘要
文章阐释了酒店文化的概念、特征、功能,并从企业文化的角度,对酒店文化进行了物质层面、管理层面和精神层面的系统解读,以期对当代酒店文化的构建有一定的借鉴作用。
This paper discusses the definition,features and functions of hotel culture before proceeding with its systematic interpretation in physical, managerial and spiritual terms so as to provide reference for the develop- ment of modem hotel culture.
