摘要
本文首次提出了偶合反应化学发光酶联免疾分析测定HRP的新方法,系统地分析和研究了偶合反应在化学发光酶联免疫分析中的应用;提出了五类偶合反应化学发光酶联免疫分析测定HRP的新体系,并对各类偶合反应化学发光体系测定的HRP灵敏度作了比较。
A method for the determination of horse radish peroxidese(HRP) and its application were investigated by coupled reaction-Chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay(CLEIA). Five types of coupled reaction-CLEIA for determining HRP have been studied, and the sensitivity of each system to detetmine HRP is compared. The result shows that KI-H_2O_2-HRP-luminol and eosin-H_2O_2-HRP-luminol systems of CLEIA with coupled reaction have higher sensitivity.
