摘要
目的探讨案例教学法在内科护理理论课教学中的应用及效果。方法将2009级4个班的学生按成班随机分为试验组和对照组,在内科护理理论课教学中,试验组采用案例教学法,对照组采用传统讲授法;比较两组期中、期末考试成绩。结果试验组的期中、期末总成绩高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论案例教学法能有效提高学生学习成绩,适合在内科护理理论教学中应用。
Objective To evaluate the effects of case based learning(CBL) in the theory teaching of Medical Nursing. Methods Four classes in grade 2009 were randomly divided into experimental classes and control classes. The experimental classes were implemented CBL. The control group were taught with lecture based learning(LBL). The scores of midterm and final exam were compared between the two groups. Results The students' score in the experimental group was significatly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion CBL can improve students' achievement,and is beneficial for Medical Nursing teaching.
