摘要
医务人员的年度考核是医院人事管理的重要环节。本文对医务人员年度考核中考核体系、标准、方法、比例等问题进行了分析,结合医院工作特点,得出结论:根据不同的考核对象及其工作性质,采用不同的考核体系和方法,对提高医院的整体管理水平和在医院内部形成有序的竞争激励机制有一定的促进作用。
Medical staff annual assessment is the important part of hospital personnel management. Problems in assessment system, standard, method and weight are discussed. Combined with hospital situations, it shows that different assessment and methods are needed to be designed according to different groups to improve hospital total management and shape a good incentive mechanism.
