摘要
针对倾角检测装置高精度、数字量输出、小型化的应用需求,提出了基于芬兰VTI双轴倾角传感器SCA100T-D02的系统方案,分析了对于安装误差进行修正的方法。设计并制作了采用RS232接口输出、尺寸为5 x 5 cm的硬件电路;编写了上位机数据采集软件。实验结果表明,所设计的倾角检测装置精度可达0.01°,系统稳定,数字信号传输完整,可实时采集载体倾斜信息。
To meet the requirements of high accuracy, digital output, miniaturization in inclination detection device, a system solution based on Finland VTI dual-axis inclinometer sensors SCA100T-D02 is proposed, and the correcting method of installation error is analyzed in details. The full size of the designed hardware using RS232 for data output is only 5 × 5 cm. The software is developed to acquire data. The experiment results show that the accuracy of designed inclination device reaches 0. 01 °, and the device is stable with complete digital signal transmission, being able to acquire the tilt information of carrier in real time.
