摘要 主要介绍了针对倾角传感器批量生产而设计的一款高精度角度检测系统。系统包括运动控制系统、机电控制系统、Labview显示系统以及恒温恒湿箱设备等,能够实现对倾角传感器的0°位置校准、角度线性度校准以及误差检测,同时解决倾角传感器的温漂老化问题,使倾角传感器精度保持在±0.3°范围内。高精度倾角传感器检测系统的设计,实现了工业自动化检测代替原先的手动检测,提高了倾角传感器产品的精度,同时为企业提高了生产效率,节省了人力成本,具有很高的可靠性和实用性。 A highly accurate angle detection system was designed for mass production of obliquity sensors in this paper.The system consists of a motion control system,a mechatronic control system,a Labview display module,a constant temperature and humidistat box module.With the use of this system,it is possible to realise the calibration of the 0° position of the obliquity sensor,the calibration of angle linearity and the error test.It is also possible to solve the problem of aging caused by temperature fluctuation,which guarantees the high detection accuracy of the obliquity sensor ranging ±0.3°.The design of the highly accurate angle detection system introduces the automatic industry testing which would substitute the traditional manual testing,increases the accuracy of the sensor,and thus boosts the production efficiency and cut the cost of manpower.It is of high reliability and practicability.
