摘要
采用等位酶电泳技术研究了云南省和四川省西南共五县境内金荞麦 (Fagopyrumdibotrys(D .Don)Hara) 5个天然居群间的遗传分化 .金荞麦居群间遗传分化程度较低 ,FST 值为 0 .2 2 5 ,居群间遗传一致度和遗传距离的均值分别为 0 .90 5 3和 0 .10 0 5 ,并提出了保护建议 .
WT5”BZ]Based on allozyme ellectrophoresis, the genetic divergence and similarity among 5 wild populations of Fagopyrum dibotrys from 5 counties in the Yunnan Province and the southweast part of Sichuan Province, China, are studied in this paper. The result showed that the genetic differentiation is low among the populations, F ST is 0.225. The means of genetic identity I and genetic distance D are 0.905 3 and 0.100 5, respectively. Some suggestion for genetic resources of the populations is proposed.[WT5”HZ]
