摘要
为了探讨金荞麦变异株系在快速生长期的光响应和光合日变化规律,培育新种质,以Co60γ辐照绿茎金荞麦根茎(对照)及得到的红茎、红叶诱变株系植株为试验材料,利用Li-6400便携式光合测定仪连续2年进行了光合参数测定。结果表明:红叶和红茎株系在弱光下具有较好的光利用能力,而绿茎株系在强光下具有较强的光合作用能力;3种金荞麦的净光合速率日变化均呈双峰曲线,由于气孔限制的影响,具有"光合午休"现象;日光合进程中,绿茎的光合速率高于红茎和红叶;光照和温度是影响金荞麦光合作用的主要影响因素,红茎的光合作用需要高大气CO2浓度,而高的大气CO2浓度却抑制了绿茎和红叶的光合作用,低湿也是影响红叶光合作用的重要因子。研究结果说明金荞麦变异株系的光合能力明显弱于绿茎对照植株。
The light response curve and diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate of different Fagopyrum dibotrys mutants produced by Co60γ irradiation was studied by the Li-6400 portable photosynthetic systemduring rapid growth period for developing new germplasms. The results showed that the red leaves and red stem had higher photosynthetic capacity under low light and the green stem had higher photosynthetic capacity under high light; the diurnal net photosynthetic rate of three F. dibotrys exhibited double-peak pattern and midday depression were appeared, which was caused principally by stomatal limitation; the diurnal net photosynthetic rate of green stem were highest; the F. dibotrys photosynthetic rate were mainly affected by light intensity and higher temperature, white red stem needed higher atmospheric CO2 concentrations in photosythesis, but higher atmospheric CO2 concentrations suppressed green stem and red leaves; and lower relative humidity was another factors suppressed red leaves photosynthetic rate as well. The results indicated Fagopyrum cymosum mutants had lower photosynthesis capacity than original plants.
