摘要
通过在一台4102QB型直喷式柴油机上分别燃用柴油及10%、20%和30%的甲醇柴油,对不同掺烧比的甲醇柴油混合燃料的排放特性进行了对比实验。试验结果表明,在柴油机参数和基本结构不作任何改动的情况下,混合燃料中随着甲醇添加比例的增加,柴油机烟度和CO的排放量都明显降低,HC和NO x的排放量有所增加,但其排放浓度变化不大。
Comparative experiment is made on the emission characteristics of a 4102QB DI diesel engine with diesel and different proportions of fuel blend of 10%, 20% and 30% methanol respectively. The test results indicate that, under the conditions of without any change in parameters and basic structure of diesel engine, with the increase of methanol proportion in blended fuel, the emissions of soot and CO markedly reduce and the emissions of HC and NOx have marginal rise.
