摘要
综述了传统的柴油机含氧燃料的研究进展 ,重点讨论了柴油机含氧燃料植物油及其甲酯、生物质热解燃料、醇类燃料和醚类燃料的理化性质及其在柴油机上的应用。可以看出 :含氧燃料能有效地降低柴油机的微粒排放。但植物油的不稳定性和燃烧时结焦限制了它在柴油机上的应用。甲醇和乙醇与柴油互溶性较差 ,需要寻找适合的添加剂来解决 ;生物质热解燃料需改进生产工艺。
The progress in oxygenated fuels including vegetable oils and their methyl esters, biomass pyrolysis oils, alcohols and dimethyl ether were reviewed about their physicochemical properties and the effect on emissions from diesel engines. Oxygenated fuels can significantly reduce particulate matter emissions. However, vegetable oils have the tendency to be oxygenated in store and deposits from burned vegetable oils are easily formed on nozzles and other parts, which indicates that they are not good fuels for diesel engines. Methanol and ethanol are not even miscible in alcohol diesel fuels. Therefore, additives need to be added to the blended fuel. As to biomass pyrolysis oils, measures should be taken to optimize their composition to meet the requirements as fuels for diesel engines. In short, much attention should be paid to the application of oxygenated fuels to diesel engines.
