摘要 为了有助于开展甲醇柴油混合燃料在柴油发动机上的应用研究,开展了不同比例甲醇柴油混合燃料的主要理化特性的研究工作。通过对不同比例混合燃料的冷滤点、馏程、密度、粘度、表面张力、十六烷值和腐蚀性等理化特性的测试和比对,初步探讨了甲醇含量对混合燃料理化参数的影响规律。实验结果表明:随着甲醇掺混比例的增加,混合燃料的十六烷值、粘度、表面张力逐渐降低;腐蚀性和凝点变化不大;混合燃料的低温蒸馏特性较强。 In order to help the study of using the methanol-diesel blend fuel in a diesel engine, the main physical and chemical characteristics of methanol-diesel blend fuel had investigated in this paper. Physical and chemical properties including cold filter plugging point, distillation characteristic, density, viscosity, surface tension, cetane number and corrosivity are measured and analyzed. And, the influence of methanol ratio on the blends properties is initially dis- cussed. The studies show that the cetane number, viscosity, surface tension of blends decrease with the increasing eonrent of methanol in the blends; Corrodibility and freezing point remain the same; The distil-lation characteristics of the blends is very high in the low range of temperature.
