摘要
本文应用偏最小二乘分光光度法同时直接测定由α-萘酚、α-萘胺、2,7-二羟基萘、2,4-二甲氧基苯甲醛和水杨酸甲酯五种芳香族化合物组成混合物体系,十个标准合成样品的回收率分别为99.4%、99.6%、100.2%、99.3%和99.1%。相对标准偏差RSD分别为1.87%、1.98%、1.94%、0.96%和0.67%。通过采用先进的联机数据采集系统和优良的程序设计环境,使得本法具有快速、简便、准确等特点。
The UV absorption spectra of α-naphthol, α-naphthylamine, 2,7-dihydroxy naphthalene, 2,4-dimethoxy benzaldehyde ahd methyl salicylate, overlap severely; therefore it is impossible to de-termine them in mixtures by traditional spectrophotometric methods. In this paper, the partial le-ast-squares (PLS) regression is applied to the simultaneous determination of these compounds inmixtures by UV spectrophtometry without any pretreatment of the samples.Ten synthetic mixturesamples were analyzed by the proposed method. The mean recoveries were 99. 4%, 99. 6%,100. 2%,99.3% and 99. 1%, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were 1. 87%. 1. 98%, 1. 94%,and 0. 67%, respectively.
