摘要
从钢水成分、浇注条件、保护渣性能、工艺操作等方面分析了马钢连铸坯表面产生凹陷和纵裂的原因 ,并提出了防止该缺陷的有效措施。
The reasons of hollow and longitudinal crack existing on the surface of concast billets in Ma Anshan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. have been analyzed from the composition of molten steel,casting conditions,performance of mould powder and technical process.Meanwhile some relative effective measurements against these defects have been put forward.
